And now my ... my first video ! T-T
Sorry for the bad transistion with the pictures, I had used only the basic Windows Movie Maker Ah... Toadette and Daïze... My favourite pair...Er... Yeah, Daïze is the name of the paratroopa who taked part in MKDD's competitions (actually he has no name so I wanted to find him one ^-^ ). After the first pic here comes the first animation. Back in 2007, when all techniques I used were basic (and still are -o- )
Mario Kart Double Dash, over and over again… At the start I wasn’t very thrilled by the game (‘cause I had played to Mariokart 64 and I hated it) although I have still kept a good memory concerning the very first Mariokart ^-^.
But when I watched the commercial, I quickly changed my mind. 2 characters for one car (and who can change their place as the player want)! As soon as I began to play this game, I became instantly addicted XD.
My first team was Paratroopa and Diddy Kong (I liked their power) but my brother chose Bowser Jr and Diddy Kong as a team. And as he is very stubborn and childish, I preferred replace Diddy Kong. I needed a little character, either Toad (or Toadette) or Baby Mario (or Baby Luigi). Toad’s and Toadette’s power were in my opinion more useful than the babies’ one. That’s why I decided to choose Toad! But meantime my other brother made his team too: Toad and Bowser… T-T. That’s why I choose Toadette… A choice that I don’t regret ‘cause my current team is now unwavering! I had even begun a fanfic around 2006, but didn't manage to find to time tocontinue it.
This is how it all started.
It began on 2003 or 2004 when I started playing Mariokart Double Dash !! After many attempts to find my best combinaison I just found my favourite one : Toadette and Paratroopa with Toad kart.
After that, they became my dream team. And over the years I figured what their relationship could be. So I imagined some fun stories about them in MKDD, then I created a more important story with chapters... And now I can't stop my ToadetteXParatroopa madness.
And this strong interest for the two characters grew into a love for the whole world of Mario.
As simple as that. :)
