⋆ Persephone: Was taught by her mother that sex was None Of Your Concern Young Lady and that was reinforced by her bff Artemis, plus the nymphs they used to hang out with. She was curious about it because she didn’t even know what sex actually WAS and no-one ever gave her a straight answer about this (“how am I supposed to avoid this if I don’t even know what it is aaaarrrgggghhhh”), but she held a lot of shame and badfeels about sex and sexuality for a p long time… Hecate was the first person to actually treat her like an Adult and played Cool Big Sis and answered a bunch of technical questions and taught her about consent, though her first time/s were still super awkward because she was pressuring herself a bit I think and she had no idea how to do the things. It’s okay tho because her brothers intervened and now she embraces sex as a healthy and enthusiastic part of her marriage awwww ♥ /super abridged version

☾, ☠ Tenzin: He gets up at the asscrack of dawn to train; I think he really likes the peaceful solitude at dawn. When he had kids this probably went a bit out the window and he’s a little less disciplined about it these days, tho he still likes to stick to it as close as possible when training the air bbs.

I’m not entirely sure about the customs surrounding alcohol when it comes to the religious/spiritual side of Air Nomads… In any case, I think Tenzin is enough of a butt that he likes to avoid alcohol for what he cites are ~spiritual reasons~ and totally not because of that one incident with Bumi and the dozen bottles of plum wine tHANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I was not expecting this at all. Persephone

She will almost always say the first thing that comes to her head despite who's listening, and sometimes even BECAUSE of who's listening.

She's not in the least bit afraid of offending anyone.

However she also has a heart of gold and will be the first to admit she messed up and said/did something out of line and apologise.

She is not above taking advantage of a situation for her own benefit.

She loves her mum and is a total mother's girl; most of the friction in their relationship comes from Demeter trying to reconcile with the idea that Seph is effectively an adult and Seph still behaving like a pre-teen.

Hades

Hades feels very deeply and very acutely, and he's not always the greatest at not letting that show around people like Persephone and his siblings (tho obviously in different ways)

However he also has his stone cold reputation for a reason, and he demands and expects respect from people (this is why he's so scowly with the second gen Olympians)

The most positive relationships in his life have always been with girls rather than guys, so he's often slightly more comfortable with female company (except when you add romance that just screws him over)

He covers up social discomfort by glowering.

Who he loves most out of Persephone, Hestia, and Cerberus really depends on who is giving him the most attention at the time.

thinks he has more game than he does

eats constantly

will find a way to make a euphemism out of anything

wears a mask only in the most literal sense but is completely transparent about everything else

shares a brain with Dick

Kara:

almost everything is new to her, but it's easy to forget because she's a human Kryptonian sponge who automatically absorbs all information she comes in contact with

she's happy and upbeat by nature but her background is really tragic so there's kind of a push and pull between those two things

she will always think of Kal as her baby cousin no matter how big and muscular he gets

she's not naïve even though she might come off that way; she simply chooses not to be a cynic

she's Anya's bb so fanservice especially with Stephanie is always acceptable
