😁💕 I have always wanted to do something to bring an awareness to my illness Muscular Dystrophy that affects many children and adults all over the world that is similar to the Ice Bucket Challenge! ✨ #dabs4dystrophy is a challenge to see how long you can hold yourself in the dab position before you can't hold it any longer! ✨ It's harder than it looks and I thought since Muscular Dystrophy affects the body's muscles making them hard to use, that doing something like this would be a great way to bring awareness while involving muscles! ✨ I can only hold a dab for 3 seconds before my arms give out😁🙌💕 How long can you hold a dab for?
