waking up to see dylan’s cute nosey right in front of you and a giving it a boop and kiss and hearing him laugh all sleepy and raspy cause it’s the morning!!! just saying!!!!
THIS IS WHAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF:,-)
so since I just woke up like 10 minutes ago, here’s this little thing, written on my phone. bare with me, I’m half asleep still;
Soft breaths washing over your face, a heavy hand sitting on your hip, fingers flexing and twitching lightly as the man slept. Those were the first things you became aware of as you began to surface. There were still some pains and some stiffened to your muscles, the kind of dull aching that always followed up after the night you had, aftershock bliss weakly running through your body as you remembered it all.
Dylan was asleep beside you when your eyes fluttered, cheek smushed into the pillow and hair messy, definitely in need of a trim, lips pouted slightly as he let out low breaths, and you grinned, taking a moment to admire him. He was beautiful, imperfections and all, the moles and freckles scattered across his skin on patterns you’d traced so often before.
With the tip of one finger, you traced it along the bridge of his nose, watching as his face screwed up a little at the light weight feeling, before you were following your finger with your lips. A kiss between his eyebrows, and then at the top, just between his eyes, the bridge of his nose, near the base, and then, as your lips pressed to the tip of his nose, a raspy chuckle sounded out.
“Good morning, Dyl.” His hand tightened on your waist, squeezing now that he was conscious, before sliding around to sit on your lower back and pull you closer.
“Why are you awake and kissing me? Not that I’m complaining, but it’s usually the other way around.” He teased, eyes closing once again, and your eyes flicked to the alarm clock, finding it much earlier than usual for your wake up times.
“I’m not sure, I just woke up.” There was a little huff on your lips, before you were rolling yourself onto your back, and he pressed a kissed to your shoulder. He hummed, sliding his hand back to your stomach, fingers spreading out, before a wicked grin was spreading across his lips.
Moving, he raised the covers, slipping beneath them for a second, before he was lifting up the material of your sleep shirt and pressing a kiss there. “Are you causing mommy trouble, already?”
You laughed, abruptly and loudly, lacing your fingers into his hair beneath the covers as you felt his own fingers brush lightly over the scarcely present bump forming. “I think it’s a bit early yet, Dyl, you can barely even tell I’m pregnant. We haven’t even said anything to the press yet.”
He just ignored you, continuing to press kisses to your skin, before finally popping his head back up, and catching your lips in a sweet kiss that left you breathless. “I know, but I already love them.”
When he pulled away, he pressed a kiss to the tip of your nose this time, repeating the motions you’d done on him, kissing up and flopping back down into the bed beside you after placing a final kiss between your brows. “I hope our kid gets your nose. It’s so cute.”
“I hope they get your beauty, intelligence and determination.” You smacked at his chest lightly for his flirty compliments, feeling him catch your hand in his, twisting the ring on your finger for a second, before weaving them together his his own, and bringing them to rest on his chest as he yawned once again. “‘Love you, baby, and baby, but I’m going back to sleep.”
“Baby carrying the baby says that’s okay, because we are, too.” He held his arms open, letting you roll over into them and rest your cheek on his chest, and you were going to make the most of this, because your tummy got to big, and all your cuddling positions changed, but for right now, it was perfect.
