“She’s just such a little squish!”Trinity exclaimed, running a finger up and down Willa's soft cheek. Willa was currently balanced on Trinity’s knees while you were curled up next to Trinity with your head on her shoulder, Dennis was laying at your feet.
Trinity and Dennis had the day off work which you were thankful for, being on maternity leave and being alone all day was a part of maternity leave you didn’t like. Robby had tried to get more time off to spend with you and Willa, but he was only allowed two weeks off. The hospital tried to claim he was only allowed two weeks off because it was “too last minute”. You and Robby both grumbled about their idioticness, you couldn’t exactly help you had a cryptic pregnancy.
Robby had been great with you and Willa, on Robby’s days off you went over to his apartment and stayed there. Robby only had a small box room, but it worked for Willa's nursery. You knew you would have to move out soon as all of Willa's belongings were crammed in your room and soon she would accumulate more stuff. You just weren’t ready to move in with Robby yet.
“I already want another one.” You pouted, looking down at Willas tiny frame. She had dark thick hair like Robby’s, but she resembled you a lot. “Willas only five weeks old!” Dennis lightly scolded.
“I know! But I sure am going to miss this stage. She’s already growing so fast.” You said, smiling down at her. “She is such a… content baby,” Trinity said, lightly swaying Willa back and forth. “I honestly thought that she would keep us up. But I’ve slept like a baby!”
“I was so worried that you would both kick me out, but even I’m surprised that I'm managing to get as much sleep as I do.” You laughed, Trinity wordlessly passed Willa back to you. Willa nuzzled into the crook of your arm immediately, sensing that she was back in her mothers arms. You pressed a soft kiss into her hair and gazed down into her eyes lovingly.
“So… is anyone up for another episode of Girls?” Trinity asked, flicking onto the streaming app. “Always.” You smiled. “That’s too much for Willas ears!” Dennis exclaimed slightly panicked.
“She’s five weeks old huckleberry, She’s only just began seeing faces for the first time. I doubt Willas going to remember her first episode of Girls.” Trinity deadpanned.
“You never know.” Dennis mumbled, you laughed affectionately at him. You stood up and put Willa down in her bassinet that you had brought into the living room, your heart hurt when she was away from you if she was just in the other room. Willa made little baby sounds as you placed her down, but she eventually self soothed and was sleeping in an instant.
You settled back to your previous position on the couch, grabbing a blanket and tucking it under your chin. You tried your absolute hardest to keep your eyes open even though it was still early, the rare moment of peace without Willa in your arms making you more tired than you thought.
Willa was a relatively clingy baby, she would often only fall asleep if you or Robby held her so the moments when she slept in her bassinet on her own was very rare and something you never took for granted.
“I’m gonna head off.” Trinity announced, standing up and rushing around the room to get her bag and black leather jacket. “Yeah me too.” Dennis said. “Where are you both going?” You frowned, sitting up a little straighter
“I’m going on a date with Yolanda, remember?” Trinity said, dipping down to hug you. “Oh yeah yeah, my memory is a sieve at the moment.” You laughed, turning around to Dennis. “I’m going to check up on Amy.” Dennis said shyly.
“Ah.” You smirked, sending him a knowing look. “I’m just helping out!” Dennis blushed. “Yeah, Y/N said the same thing and look how that turned out.” Trinity snorted. “Hey!” You exclaimed, tossing a pillow at Trinity as you all laughed.
Trinity and Dennis opened the door to leave before Trinity shouted out “It’s for you!”
In walked Robby, looking absolutely exhausted but with a lazy smile on his face. “Hey! I wasn’t going to see you until tomorrow.” You smiled, kissing Robby gently on the lips.
“I know but I just got off shifts and missed my girls too much.” Robby smiled, wrapping you in a hug and squeezing you tight. “Willa certainly missed you.” You said softly.
“And I missed her.” Robby said, walking around to the bassinet and picking Willa up. She looked so tiny in comparison to Robby’s large hands and tall body. “She’s still got the newborn scrunch.” You pouted, looking at your daughter curling up as she got lifted up.
“I’m not prepared for the day when she stops doing that.” Robby huffed, manoeuvring Willa's head to lay on his chest. “I’ve missed you so much, my girl.” Robby cooed, stroking her hair. She fussed a little, looking like she was going to cry but settled when Robby ran his hand in soothing circles on her back.
“I’m going to pack Willa and I’s overnight bag.” You smiled, walking to your room.
Before Willa was born, your room was an average size. It fit your bed, closet, desk, TV, and a bookshelf leaving you with still enough room to move around in. But, since Willa was born your space has become tiny and cluttered. Willas bassinet was situated right next to your bed for easy access, a little cart with baby essentials sat at the foot of your bed. Willa's baby clothes were mixed in with your things, making it harder to organise since you never had a chance to sort all of that out beforehand.
Truthfully, walking into your room always stressed you out because no matter how many times you cleaned or tried your best to organise it still looked cluttered.
You grabbed your old gym bag and packed a couple changes of clothes for yourself and Willa. You didn’t need to pack a lot as Robby had everything you could possibly need, so you didn’t need to worry about making up bottles or how many diapers to bring since Robby had all of that.
You walked back out to the living room with your bag slung over your shoulder. Robby was strapping Willa into her pink car seat, getting her ready for the journey back to his house.
“Watch your head, little lady.” Robby cooed, as held the back of her head so that it wouldn’t hit the handle of the car seat. Robby strapped her in, and threw a baby pink blanket over top of Willa's legs so that she wasn’t cold.
The floorboards creaked from beneath you making Robby turn around a smile softly when he sees you. “She’s very alert today.” Robby said softly, looking back at Willa who’s little eyes were open and blinking. “Willas been like that all day today, she’s just being nosey.” You chuckled.
“Just like her mother then?” Robby joked. “Hey!” You smiled.
Robby picked up Willa's car seat effortlessly and followed your lead down to his car.
Ever since you and Robby had made it back to his place, Willa wouldn’t stop fussing and crying. You had tried breastfeeding but she turned her head away. Robby tried feeding her with a bottle, but she only drank an ounce before spitting the bottle out of her mouth. You tried holding her while bouncing your knees up and down, Robby doing the same but nothing was working.
“I just don’t understand what’s wrong,” You said panicked, watching as Robby paced up and down the room with Willa in his arms. “Should we take Willa into the ER?”
“Sweetheart, she's a textbook fussy baby.” Robby said softly, coming round to the couch and sitting down next to you. “I know but what if there’s something underlying?” You said, chewing at your lips.
“We are both Doctors, we can see the signs. Willa will be back to normal in no time.” Robby reassured, Willa had stopped crying but the sounds of her soft whimpers could still be heard.
“I’m going to try to get her to sleep.” You said, Robby nodded and passed you Willa back very slowly so as to not startle her.
You walked into Robby’s room, making a beeline for Willa's bassinet that was situated next to your designated side of the bed. You weren’t quite ready to put her in a separate room just yet, especially because she was waking every hour or two.
You rocked her back and forth gently, humming lowly so that the vibration would calm her. Once you heard the soft little sigh come from her mouth, you knew it was safe to put her down.
You kissed Willa gently on the top of her head and placed her down into her bassinet. You lay in bed with your hand on her stomach, the feeling of her belly rising and falling putting you at ease.
You felt your eyes start to close against your own will, you tried hard to keep yourself away but the day eventually caught up to you and you feel into a slumber.
You were startled awake at the sound of Willa crying, you went to reach for her but Robby slowly pushed you back down on the pillow. “I’ll get her.” Robby said lowly, his voice changed with sleep.
The voice was enveloped in darkness, Robby had came into check on you and noticed you had fallen asleep. He turned the lamp off and moved your legs so that you were under the covers, before he climbed into bed himself.
“Okay.” You murmered, turning over and falling back into sleep again.
You woke back up some time later. Instinctively, you went to check on Willa but she wasn’t in her bassinet. A surge of panic coursed through you as you only assumed the worse, you quickly turned around and found that Robby’s side of the bed was empty and cold. You let out a sigh you realised you hadn’t been holding and kicked back the duvet.
Your bare feet padded on the cold hardwood floors, you heard the sound of Robby’s deep voice coming from the living room and sought out to investigate. The sight before you made you stop in your tracks and made your heart burst in your chest.
“It’s important to make sure that every Doctor knows the difference between Hypoxemia and Hypoxia,” Robby started, talking to Willa with a textbook open on his lap.
“Hypoxemia is when there is low oxygen in your blood. Meanwhile, Hypoxia is when there is low oxygen in your tissues. However, Hypoxemia can cause Hypoxia! Isn’t that confusing?” Robby said rhetorically, chuckling when Willa's muscles in her cheeks caused the smile reflex.
“You can’t mess them up, trust me. You don’t want to be like Daddy when he was a med student.” Robby said fondly, snapping the medical textbook shut.
“Robby, are you torturing our daughter with medical terms when she can’t even talk yet?” You laughed, curling up on the couch next to Robby, staring at Willa lovingly.
“Of course! Willa comes from two Doctor parents so it’s only fair we start educating her young.” Robby smiled, stroking the back of Willa's head. “And if she doesn’t want to be a Doctor?” You asked.
“She’ll still be amazing at any other career she goes into, after all she is our daughter and we are pretty amazing.” Robby said cockily. “Very true.” You chuckled.
“How was she?” You asked curiously, as Willa had stopped crying and was content laying against Robby’s solid chest.
“Willa just needed a bottle and a cuddle from her dad.” Robby said. “That sounds like bliss.” You smiled.
“She really loves body heat.” You commented, picking up on how Willa nuzzles closer into people when she’s in their arms. “I mean if you were in a dark, warm room for nine months only to be brought out into this cold world. You would love body heat too.” Robby reasoned, you nodded along.
You turned on the TV and flicked onto a random programme that was playing on one of the channels, there was no chance of either of you sleeping now.
You had an arm slung around Robby’s middle, he had one arm around your shoulder with the other supporting Willa.
“Y/N?” Robby asked. “Yeah?” You said back, looking up at his face. Robby had a laid back look on his face, which was nothing new these days.
“Do you want to move in?” He asked, visibly swallowing as you remained silent. “I mean, no pressure of course. Just thought I should ask again.”
Initially, you didn’t think you were ready to move in with Robby yet. But quiet, domestic moments like these made you change your mind. And, it would be easier for the two of you.
“I would love to.” You smiled. Robby’s lip broke out into a relieved grin as he craned his neck slightly to kiss you.

Thoughts?
Okay, Lovelies... I have been making serious progress on my collection of stories regarding the Pitt men and I'm finishing the first one today. The problem is that this one is not a drabble or blurb, instead a full-blown story over 4k words so I need opinions.
Are you guys cool if I release each story separately as part of a collection or do you want them released together in like one or two posts?
Please comment your opinions if that's okay. These are currently the drafts for them:
