scrolling through your answered ask on how perry would be as a dad and all the consequences that come with it, how do you think the platybaby themself would feel about all this? what if they feel overwhelmed and feel like they’re the one causing all this unnecessary drama? and they run away hoping that papa perry won’t be stressed anymore when that couldn’t be farther from the truth

I hadn’t even thought about how lil baby Horatio yes I’m sticking with the name Horatio if we’re not talking about twins would feel. I guess it hadn’t occurred to me that anthropomorphism doesn’t just mean acting like a human; it means feeling like a human, too. Depending on how soon Horatio really... gains sentience? idk it’s too late for me to words properly but yeah depending on how soon after he hatches he figures out that he’s causing all these problems and all this tension, I could definitely seem him taking matters into his own hands and running away because he thinks it will make things easier on his family 🥺 I know Horatio isn’t like an actually existing character or anything but I firmly believe he’s a recklessly selfless lil baby who would do anything if he thought it would make his friends and family happy, and if he realized he was causing all these problems for his dad at work and with his pharmacist friend, he probably would leave 😭😭😭
