What if Perry had been zapped by Doofenshmirtz’s Ultimate Evil Inator in the “Where’s Perry” episodes? Like, for whatever reason, Perry went to OWCA headquarters instead returning straight home and the laser reflected off of Monogram’s mirror and onto Perry? What do you think would happen? How different would the episode be? What do you think Perry’s evil plan would be if he had one? And would he act anything like Platyborg?

Honestly, I think Perry could have taken over the tri-state area. You don't become OWCA's best agent if you're not capable of doing anything you set your mind to, you know? I'm not entirely sure how he would go about it, though. Carl's plan was basically to use the OWCA computers to cause chaos by, like, cutting the power and desynchronizing the traffic lights or whatever, but that's not going to help him take over, so I think Perry would go about it in a different way. Doof seemed more than happy to work with evil Carl (and Monogram when he thought Monogram was evil), so I'm sure Perry could use Doof to his advantage. He might take a page out of 2D Doof's playbook and have 1D Doof build him an army of robots, and he could take the tri-state area by force.
I don't think it would make him like Perryborg, though. Perryborg was complicit in 2D Doof's hostile takeover, but he really only followed orders. He himself wasn't too malicious. Evil Perry, on the other hand, would be the one in charge, and he'd use Doof for his own gain, not the other way around. I have a feeling putting Perry as the brains of the operation would be a lot worse — 2D Doof might be smarter than 1D Doof, but he still acts almost like a child, and Perry's got the brains and the maturity to make this work.
I also think Perry would try to round up anyone who would try to stop him, starting, of course, with the OWCA agents. By then, the entire tri-state area would have to know who's in charge, but since the Flynn-Fletchers and their friends were in Africa, they would have no idea until they got home. I don't know if Perry would view them as a threat to his power or not — sure they're geniuses, but they're also literal children — so he may or may not go after them. I'd like to think he leaves them alone, and they make their way to wherever Perry's hiding out (OWCA HQ? DEI? idk) to try to talk some sense into him. Phineas and Ferb are everything to Perry, and because I love their relationship so much, I choose to think the episode would end with Perry sentencing the kids to some type of punishment (death? imprisonment? banishment? idfk) and Phineas would give him the biggest puppy dog eyes and that alone would snap Perry out of his evil trance.
Idk what he'd do then though like would he apologize (or the wordless equivalent of it) or would he just drop to all fours and chatter like a mindless platypus and pretend it never happened? And would OWCA have to erase the entire tri-state area's minds so no one remembered the time their agent took over for a few days? The cleanup would not be fun, I know that much lol
