A friend let me use a photo of her husband with their baby as a reference for this picture (because her husband is a perfect nasal match for our dear ferelden bastard king/warden). This was done over the course of 5 or 6 hours, and while I am not completely happy with it, I do like his face. I apologize for the crappy picture, but I have yet to master scanning pencil-shaded drawings. So, anyway this is King Alistair sleeping with one of the twins (yes, my Cousland finds a cure and manages to have twin boys with Alistair.. Shush. I like fluffy endings)

so yeah, it's pretty much agreed upon that daddy Alistair goes to all his little girl's tea parties and wears her tiaras and such, but imagine Alistair and his wife both attending their kid's tea party, and she's serving the tea and conversing with her dolls, when suddenly she looks up at her parents and fearfully says "what's that noise?" and Alistair and the warden are alarmed because they don't hear anything, what's going on? and all of a sudden their daughter screams "it's come to ruin the party! run for your lives!" and grabs this giant plush dragon and proceeds to stomp all over the room with it, knocking the tea set over and making growling and roaring noises and practically foaming at the mouth and then she drops it, looks at her very confused parents, and says "I'll save you" before grabbing her wooden sword and proceeding to battle this stuffed dragon while screaming various battle cries.

and the warden is a little bit horror-stricken while Alistair just has tears in his eyes because we raised her so well.
