Good morning! I did some canning on the porch yesterday. Apparently just left it on the porch too. Well, you're supposed to let it sit and rest, aren't you? This is salsa, I had to reuse some lids as I can't seem to find any right now. They were in good shape, they are for our own personal use, and as my dad says, you can use them 3 or 4 times before they don't work. #dadlogic #notrecommended #gottalovehim Also, supposed to use Jalepenos which we didn't have, so I used a scotch bonnet & some pepperoncinis. Tastes good to us. #makedowithwhatyagot Now, we just need to make our own tortilla chips. I mean, we have corn. 🤣 That's a joke. Unless we do it, then it's not. But it is.
