Papa, you've always been there for us through thick and thin. When we hit rock bottom years back, you worked hard to keep the food for us in the table even if that means you'd have to eat nothing. 😥 I also remember when I was still a kid, you would come running to pick me up whenever I trip and fall. You still do that when we talk over the phone, coz you're still islands away— talk sense to me and pick me up to get me back on track when I'm down and stressed out. And despite all the mistakes I've done in my life, you never grew tired of loving and teaching me (minus the nagging bcoz Mama is already in charge of that 😄) the important lessons in life like how to drive and fix our car, how to do carpentry and how to "properly" hit the bad guy when the situation calls for it 😅. Til now, five years after suffering from stroke, you're still doing what you do best— work hard and sacrifice for the benefit of your four kids. For all these and a whole lot more that you did and sacrificed for us, we love you so much Papa. I promise to give you a better and happier life in the days to come.
