Junk Food to be banned in schools from Dec 2019 onwards 👏👏 And am massively thrilled. Absolutely welcome the new FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards) guidelines on banning Burgers, Chips, Pizzas, Samosas, Colas, Packaged Juices, and other junk food in school cafeterias from Dec 2019 onwards. The regulation further states to not allow any nature of marketing or advertising by food companies within the school premise/sporting events or put up vending machines/banners or distribute free samples in the school and within 50 mtrs of school campuses.
