Inspiration for Paragon?
You know, I was rewatching Paragon a few days ago and then I had a strange feeling, it looked really familiar. I couldn't point my finger and then I just stored it away.
But then, one day I was watching Kenadian's old videos, because I missed his debunks. Then I saw it. "Daedalus's labyrinth" The prison Kenadian was supposed to escape but never made a video on escaping.
It looked like I had my answer, so I looked at it a bit more closely. Then I saw a bunch of similarities. Being able to build and play Minecraft normally with the exception of banning a few items.
obsidian walls and the only difference I could really find is the motive behind paragon and there actually being many guards. But you probably can't count the last one because unlike Daedalus. Parrot actively tries to escape, and that's pretty much why the guards exist.
A perfect paradise for housing prisoners. Or in Paragons case: prisoner.
Idk, this might be public knowledge and I could be an idiot. Idk, but this was really cool now that I thought about it.
