yeah nothing is set in concrete... i actually have a few problems with the idea though.. it seems to me that she's trying to say that you can change your body language to feel more confident (which can be true), and that this will change outcomes and relationships with other people etc.. but that sounds like she's saying that you have to be a pseudo-extrovert to succeed.  which is an idea that is at odds with my favourite TED talk ever about how introverts don't have to pretend to be extroverts to be successful.
