5. What are their chief tension areas?
I actually have no idea what this question is asking, sorry.
9. Does your character dream or are their nights filled with an empty blackness? Describe a dream they’ve had or a night they couldn’t sleep and what they did to preoccupy their time.
Eva does dream, however majority of her nights are plagued with nightmares of her traumatic experiences. She can have night terrors about the house fire, of Damon killing her dad, Damon turning/killing/attacking her, and being mutilated to death by Wes. Most of the time Eva will muffle her cries into her pillow (as she’s basically trained herself to do so, so she wouldn’t wake her dad) however there are some nights where she’ll wake up screaming. After being woke up, Eva can find it very difficult to go back to sleep in fears to reliving the nightmare again. When this happen, she will generally do something - anything - to keep her awake and her mind off the memories. She may watch tv, read, clean, have a coffee/hot chocolate or anything that will get her distracted.
20. If your character was allowed to murder one person without any consequences, who would that person be and why?
Damon for sure - no doubt about it. Although, given her blinding rage for the man who killed her father and basically ruined her life, Eva would still kill Damon even if there was consequences. She doesn't care at all what could happen to her or those around her, especially those who do care for Damon. All she cares about is getting justice for her father and breaking free from the daily hell Damon puts her through.
28. Are they afraid of death? Do they have any regrets?
At first, Eva wasn't afraid of death because she knew it meant she would be reunited with her loved ones, however after becoming a human-vampire hybrid and learning that the supernatural move on somewhere else when they died it caused Eva to feel very afraid. It even caused her to hate her ‘condition’ even more so because it meant that she would be separated from her parents for all eternity, even in death. She has a few regrets, many of which involve Eva feeling an incredible amount of guilt for her parent’s death. She also feels some regret of completely her transition into a hybrid and sometimes wonder if it had been better for her to die instead (despite her fears of never seeing her parents again).
