I would like to say that I have absolutely no memory of applying nor partaking in any sort of interview process. I also don’t have the qualifications to even BE professor (Who the hell wants to do that?).  I am starting to think that those days off requested by our lovely secretary were something more than just days off. Soryong, as your older brother and partner, I respectfully request thAT YOU MANAGE YOUR WOMAN. WHY IS SHE ALWAYS MAKING US DO THINGS WITHOUT ASKING!!! WE’RE LAWYERS. YOU’RE LUCKY I DON’T SUE HER FOR IMPERSONATING US AND INVADING OUR PRIVACY. SHE MARRIED YOU NOT ME. WHY AM I BEING DRAGGED INTO THIS!? Last time I checked, that place was the root of all evil considering that’s where you and Juniel met. If it wasn’t for the fact that all my stuff is already packed and the plane ticket was sitting there with a letter saying that I wouldn’t have to deal with that guy in court if I went, I would have sold the ticket by now.

 Por mais que não andasse muito presente nas ruas da vila nos últimos dias, ele ainda se dedicava a uma das coisas que mais gostava de fazer: cozinhar para pessoas importantes. Então agora havia uma porção de frango que ele deixara dentro do micro-ondas de sua antiga casa, para Hyunseong e os pais; um pouco de creme de baunilha para Phoebe, que entregara ao pai dela e, por último, mas não menos importante, um bolo de maçã caramelada que estava levando à residência dos pais de Daeyeon. Não enviara nenhuma mensagem ao amigo anunciando que estaria indo visitar a casa, porque só queria ir lá e entregar o prato de aroma perfumado e adocicado.

 Então, tocou a campainha. Devido ao tempo que se conheciam e pelo fato das famílias terem vivido praticamente juntas, Hyunjeong sabia que poderia entrar e simplesmente deixar o prato sobre a mesa da cozinha, mas optou por ser atendido. Sendo assim, recostou-se ao batente da porta e passou a fitar a sobremesa que tinha em mãos, pensando com seus botões em como deveria ser rápido ali se quisesse ter algum tempo folgado para se arrumar para a festa daquela noite.
