For the uninitiated, the Daevite Empire is a fictional state within the 'SCP Foundation' collaborative web fiction project. In the series, the Daevites were a slavery-happy empire that ruled much of Central Asia (or India) in the distant past. Many stories have been made about them, but the main throughline is that the Daevites were bad. Super bad.

As in, the Daevites performed human sacrifice bad. The Daevites did human experimentation bad. The Daevites worship a god that (in some SCP articles) is created from collective human suffering bad. The Daevites were so bad that some slaves revolted and formed the flesh-happy cannibalistic Sarkic (or Nalka) religion just to resist the Daevites.

Again, Daevite slaves chose a religion that was OK with cannibalism over Daevite suffering.

Me: what if the DSMP and Hermits got thrown into this world?

Me: what if there is an alternate universe where the Daevites grew and formed a worldwide empire, built on suffering? What if slave raids captured the Dream SMP cast? the Hermitcraft cast? The Life Series and Empires cast? How would they react? How would they resist?

Who would get sacrificed?

Who would join the faith of the flesh?

Who shall survive when the revolution comes?

I just had a dream where I was reading an SCP document that involved the Daevite Empire, the metaphysics of the incantation of God the Son, and how Jesus coming down lead to the Daeva somehow breaking into Heaven, and I immediately stopped reading it cause I realised thinking about it was altering my reality
