Thoughtfully comparing a human heart to The Cog

something-something Robot-God Gears? aka, what, third attempt of mine to improvise his CotBG design? still am wondering if combining electronics as a next step of machinery to that whole clockwork theme ever makes sense

I did try to make it coloured, but, alas, this guy doesn't want to exist in any form other than a sketch, so had to keep it that way.

The fun fact about this thingey is that the whole Broken God thing wasn't even supposed to be in this compo, it was just Gears with his own heart to compare the gear to. Y'know, his "is it really worth staying a human after all" conflict and all such. Well, guess it's not my day for angst stuff, huh.

been wanting to redesign him for like a year now but straight up didn't have the skill. mgrr and viktor arcane combo gave me enough inspiration to boost. Might do a third that completely overhauls his mekhane armor stuff but not sure I have the time or energy this week
