Sasha’s off getting supplies for the next Void even knows how long they’ll be at sea -- given the state of half the Isles right now, it might be for months -- and the others are still on the ship, so Ben’s off to get properly drunk while he still can. He doesn’t care what the name of the pub is, just that it has Dunwall’s Finest on tap and he can get shit-faced with the coins in his pocket.
Well, that was his plan, at least, but there might be a familiar face at the bar, and his steps put him on stool next to the other man. He orders his drink and glances over at the guy, studying him a moment -- yeah, it’s him. You don’t forget someone you practically grew up with, even though it’s been over a decade; longer, even. “Been a while, huh,” he says absently over his drink -- vague enough that if he is wrong (and he’s sure he’s not) it won’t be noticed, but if he’s right, well. It’s good to see a familiar face again.
