It just baffles me how people can sit down and type out defense of systems that literally cause people to STARVE TO DEATH, in the name of archaic, almost STONE AGE "survival of the fittest" bullshit ideals, and then UNIRONICALLY pretend to be the morally superior, "civilized" side of the argument. Like, do you think any of these people ever wake up one morning and realize "Holy shit, I'm the villain from a Saturday morning cartoon from the fucking 90's"?
I know! I have no idea how they can see labor exploitation in factories overseas due to there being no minimum wage or laws regulating working conditions, or learn about the horrors of the industrial revolution and how without mass strikes we wouldn’t even have an 8 hour workday, mandated breaks or minimum wage or any kind of protections, and yet still think we don’t need these laws. It boggles the mind.
