Daikoyua, Little Tokyo LA As a #ramen enthusiast holding a strong opinion of the delicacy and having for long funded my personal research and development in the kitchen I couldn’t be more excited to be visiting the city with the best ramen outside of Japan. Addressing the establishment head on I led with #Daikoyua, cemented in LA’s #LittleToyko for decades before the #noodleboom. Sadly, the #tonkatsu was just disappointing. While the broth was very deep and fatty and the chira siu was super tender the noodles were weak and the dish fell flat.
