Almost done with my fursona routine collage! I've been using a digital collage I made where I typed out some morning "highlights" (things necessary for me to have a good morning + stay organized) but I wanted something physical. Ive tried doing morning menus, calendars, routine apps, etc but having some easily accessible highlights like coffee + tea, music, yoga, breakfast, seems to help me the most. I love pop up cards so I decided I wanted to see myself pop up and yawn :) Hopefully I'll work on my night routine soon!

Morning people and/or people who depend on their morning routine to get into their daily rhythm:
Lately my morning routines have been messed up due to sleep issues and migraines. Stuff like needing to stay in bed past the usual time or take a nap soon after getting up, or feeling very light-headed/dizzy/painful in a way that interferes with how I would usually operate/the things I would usually do in the morning.
This leads to struggles with how to manage tasks and what tasks to do for the rest of the day.
What tactics do you use to reset so that you can get into a rhythm even when your morning routine is delayed, messed up, or skipped all together?
