Comments: That brand of kefir is atrocious! Literally bits of it were LUMPY... ON PURPOSE! haha next time I'll buy the one I usually get. / Ate cottage cheese and chips and didn't even feel bad about it, I don't know why I did it, I just felt tired and I wanted yummy easy food, I felt overwhelmed. So I need to make healthy meals/snacks EASY for me. /

Comments: Had an 'off' day yesterday. Starting today off badly but I'll pull myself back up. It's okay to make mistakes, just correct them when you can. / Holy moly hummus has SO MANY calories. I completely forgot. I prepared twice as much, ran the numbers and it would have been around 1200 cals for ONE MEAL! so decided to eat half the meal and fridge the rest. / Want to add, hummus IS good and healthy for you, just very calorie dense. Protein dense too though! / OKAY I was wrong about the hummus! 1 can chickpeas plus oil plus garlic (how I make it because allergies) is only 400 cals /

Comments: Spent whole day obsessing about food, calories, etc. It wasn't a fun day at all... But I did clock in under 1k so it's all good.

Total Calories = 946 cals
Comments: make all food yourself! That way you can measure it properly. / I feel good about what I've eaten today, now I just have to stop eating at 6pm and not eat again until tomorrow. / Gave in due to exes influence and being hungry... Still under 1k though at least /
