Hello my little horrors!

It's crazy to think that two years ago today I was so happy and excited for my birthday the next day. I had all these plans with my now ex-husband. Only to end up assaulted by three cops by having my head slammed in the bedroom wall because they were told I had a weapon but it was just my phone and I was trying to call my parents. And then in the ER because my head being slammed into the wall caused a seizure, then crisis center on my birthday alone because he couldn't tell me himself that he wanted a divorce. He was silent and wouldn't even speak to me. It's insane to me looking back at the photos how happy I was that day. I had no idea my world was about to be turned upside-down.

I spent the next several months living at my parents house and eventually tried dating again. I've been extremely blessed by the amazing man that I'm with today. I honestly can't imagine my life with anyone else. It just goes to show, even if your whole world gets turned upside-down... There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. And things will get better! So don't give up!
