Cleaning your face makes your skin get rid of all the dirt and pollution that it has collected and also it cleans the dirt collected in your pores. It is very essential to keep your pores clean as clogging of pores lead to acne, which I am sure anybody doesn't want. In the morning your face is less likely to be very dirty but cleansing your skin makes it clean and fresh.
So, just grab a cleanser of your choice and wash your face gently and thoroughly to make your skin feel alive and fresh!
How to cleanse your face:
-Damp your face with water.
- Take adequate amount of your favorite cleanser onto your palm.
- Gently rub both your palms to foam it up (if it is a foaming face wash).
- Apply it all over your face and rub very gently in circular motion to get clean your face.
- Rinse off with plain water.

Now that you have cleansed your skin and your pores are so clean, you need to seal them or minimize them so that they do not accumulate any dirt and get clogged.
- Take adequate amount of toner on a cotton pad.
-Gently dab the cotton pad (with toner on it) over your skin.
- Do not rub the cotton pad, just dab it.

I just cant tell you how important it is to moisturize your skin after washing every time. Your skin needs to have certain amount of oils in it to keep it healthy which it generally loses every time you wash it. So, it is very important to keep it hydrated and to maintain the skin oils.
How to use a moisturizer:
- Take adequate amount of moisturizer on your palm.
- Gently rub your palms together to warm up the product a little.
(Warming up the product with little bit of your body heat makes it to get absorbed into your skin faster)
- Apply it onto your skin in upwards circular motions.
- You can also give a good massage to your skin during this process as massage improves blood circulation which improves your skin.

Well, I am sure most of us are aware of how harmful and skin damaging the sun-rays are for us. - Take adequate amount of sunscreen on to your plams.
- Rub your palms together to gently warm up the product a little bit.
- Apply it all over your face, neck, arms and all the exposed body parts.
- Reapply every 2-4 hours.
( Ideally, you should be applying a sunscreen 15-20 mins before your step out into the sun, to let it absorb into your skin properly and to let it start working efficiently.)

Your skin looks healthy only if you take care of it as well as when you eat healthy. So include a lot of fruits and juices in your diet and have minimum 8 glasses of water everyday to flush out all the toxins produced by your body.
