DAISEI FURRIES🦭🐶
and it told me seiji is looking for me, too.
theory: seiji was sexually abused as a child
I was playing rn9 for the second time recently and I started noticing a lot more things then i was able to during my first playthrough. Something that immediately stuck out to me is their interaction after Daichi has to give him a blowjob in the third task. Seiji is described as going immediately back to his normal self like he's used to this, even though this is supposed to be only the second time he's gone through this.
When i first played rn9 I thought this was just him slowly getting used to the torture but I think it's too early on for this to be the case, considering he didn't act much differently the first time this happened. We know that Daichi's torture in the game is getting physically tortured and his ability to shrug it off so easily is because he was violently abused as a child. The game makes it pretty obvious that his torture method is supposed to be very personal to him. So why is Seiji sexually tortured then? I think it's way more then "reserved rich boy gets humiliated." That explanation doesn't make sense for how many breadcrumbs they give us that would be hinting at absolutely nothing otherwise. Seijis backstory is very mysterious to the player due to the fact we play from Daichi's perspective, and he keeps himself very secretive to Daichi. There seems to be a lot of shame from Seiji considering how he isn't open about many of his issues or emotions. He is implied to at least have SOME family issues Daichi doesn't know about.
Daichi also notes how he hasn't had many girlfriends, despite the fact he's had plenty of opportunities. The girlfriends he has had don't last very long and he seems to not care very much about his breakups. At first I thought this was because he was just gay, i mean i still think this is a little true, but i also think it can be explained by signs of csa. Victims of csa have difficulties with intimacy, keeping relationships, and expressing emotions; all of which he is seen to struggle with and could be very obvious reasons his girlfriends keep breaking up with him. Daichi has a excessively idealistic view of him, he constantly describes Seiji as better then him in every way. He describes Seijis family and childhood as perfect compared to his, to the point it seems intentionally "Seiji isn't all Daichi cuts him out to be." It would make sense if Seiji had issues of his own which are extremely similar to Daichis, even if he wants to believe those things could never happen to Seiji. Him being sexually abused by his family as a child would explain why his torture is sexual in the game, why he's able to deal with/volunteer to do it so easily, and why his childhood and familial issues are hidden from his bestfriend. It overall makes everything that happens in the game make a LOT more sense, especially the endings which I won't even get into rn. ok thanks for listening please reblog with ur thoughts if u have anything to add to this. im crazy abt this game
