“You’re saying that a sudden rise in crime level in this damn city ‘must be bunnies’?”
“Completely, you deserved that for not watching out”

Skye hadn’t been a part of this new school for very long but she had already managed to leave a lasting impression on basically any student she came into contact with. Whether this was running into them with her books in hand or spilling coffee over them when she tried to get to class on time, she was always left with embarrassment looming over her and the wishful thinking that sooner or later, her new foster family would give her up and make her move like the rest of them. Ruffling her hair nervously and once again, rushing to class being no exception as she walked along the corridors and knocked shoulders with a young boy this time, brooding features and a stern voice as she caused the both of them to trip for a split second.
“I’m so sorry”

Once again, for what felt like the hundredth time now since Skye had been lumbered with foster parent after foster parent, the brunette had to adjust to a new house, new family, new everything. Tapping her feet together abruptly on her new bedroom floor and surveying the surroundings she sighed, it was only a matter of time before she acted up a little or this family couldn’t foster her anymore and she’d be back on the road right? How many more places did she have to go to before they just let her loose on the world. Being almost 18 and still wasting her time forming attachments she knew wouldn’t last long meant it had to be soon right? So she could finally find her real parents and actually get to live her life to the fullest. No matter what it took.
For now though, she supposed this would just have to do. “If I don’t talk for a few days, don’t be too surprised” she exclaimed, a little bit of frustration in her tone of voice as she looked at what could only be described as her new ‘sister’ who stood so nicely in front of her, smile spread across her lips like sunshine was shining out of Skye’s--you know. “I’m kind of getting sick of all this moving”

“I know what you’re thinking so you might as well say it–” she muttered, ruffling her hair a little frustratingly at the figure in front of her as a small smile spread across her lips. Not that Daisy had any physic powers, no matter how much she wished she did, but she could tell that they were thinking or saying something about her inside that little head of theirs.
