❛ it’s  just  procedural.   everyone  in  the  police  academy  goes  through  special  training  that  makes  them  better  at  being  ASSHOLES.  being  an  asshole  makes  them  better  at  catching   the  bad  guys   ----   i  guess.  ❜   he  manages  to  keep  a  straight  face  for  a  couple  seconds  before  it  melts  into  a  small,  sincere  smile.
