First Impressions || Cressida & Allard
Allard knew just how much was riding on how successful tonight's tasks
were, and by how much information the group managed to gather. If they
returned without enough information and potential inside sources to get
them access to the castle, then it was likely to be his own head that went
on the chopping block.
Mask hiding his identity, ( x ) Allard had split from Prince Audric as they'd
entrered so he they could cover more ground. Though of course, Allard's
loyalty to his Prince ensured he kept Audric in his sights, for a Prince in an
enemy kingdom wasn't something to be taken lightly. He moved through
the crowd, entirely untouched glass of wine in his hand as he listened in
on the conversations around him.
Positioning himself near a large group, Allard's eyes fell upon a woman
standing close by. There was just something about her that called to him,
capturing his attention and begging him to pursue her. Quickly looking
back to check where Audric was, Allard found his decision made for him
as he spotted the brunette woman he was with; if anyone were to ask,
he'd say he was simply following Audric's lead. It was simple. Lifting his
drink to his lips to take the tiniest of drinks, Allard gave a small incline of
his head in greeting as a smile formed.
"Forgive me for being so forward, but you look to
be the most enchanting woman in this room. Is
there not a man around to twirl you around and
show you off on the dance floor?"
