Like the War Doctor in "day of the doctor", Dalek Khan: Last of the cult of Skaro, in "journeys end" decreed "No More".
The writers should really do a story between The Doctor and Dalek Khan that dissects the way in which they are two sides of the same coin.
They both sought to cease the destruction that the Daleks and timelords enacted together.
In the finale of Series Four of Doctor who (Journey’s End), the 50th Anniversary episode (The Day of the Doctor) is foreshadowed. Honestly if it were any other TV series I would be inclined to think it was a coincidence, but we all know what Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss are like.
In The Day of the Doctor, the recurring theme is No More. *WARNING SPOILERS FOR SERIES FOUR AND THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR BEYOND THIS POINT!* Of course in the end we find that the incarnations of the Doctor working together manage to save Gallifrey and put it into a parallel universe meaning that Gallifrey Falls No More.
Going back and watching the finale of Series Four I listened to Dalek Caan, who Davros is trusting as his prophet. Davros explains how Dalek Caan flew back into the Time War unprotected, through the Time Lock. This is why most of the other Daleks think he’s insane. In the end Dalek Caan betrays Davros by not telling his what he truly knew, that there was going to be a Human / TimeLord Metacrisis, which is the inevitable downfall of Davros’s plan. I think that when Dalek Caan went back into the Time War, he saw what really happened realized what both sides of the war were doing, and in the end decided he wanted to fight for the TimeLords, but more than that he wants to fight for the Doctor. All because in the final moments of the battle in Series Four when The Crucible is crumbling and the Daleks are dying, Dalek Caan says this, “I saw the Daleks, what we have done throughout time and space. I saw the truth of us Creator, (Talking to Davros.) And I decreed NO MORE!”
As I said if it were any other TV show we would write it off as a coincidence, but we all know what the creators of Doctor Who are like, and they foreshadowed the 50th Anniversary, three seasons in advance, because Dalek Caan saw the Doctor, who also wanted the Time War to end, so together the two of them, TimeLord and Dalek said No More, and in the end (We will never now), but it may be possible that the Doctor and Dalek Caan worked together to end the Time War, even if they didn’t know it!

This is how Doctor Who blew my mind
Journey's end season 4, Dalek Kahn responds to Davros when he asks why he betrayed the Daleks. Kahn says this, "I saw the Daleks, what we have done throughout time and space. I saw the truth of us, creator. And I decreed: NO MORE." With the help of Dalek Kahn, the Doctor and Tentwo are able to destroy the crucible and the Daleks along with it. Sound familiar?
At the time wars closing, the Doctor's true self will be revealed.
