Derik Nelson
I had the honor of going to Derik Nelson's concert tonight, and meeting him and his sibling's Dalten and Riana. They are amazing people, and preforming for an amazing cause that hits home for me. Thanks guys for supporting West Coast music and art. <3 <3 <3 deriknelson @dalten @riananelson
I had an amazing time working at my school's theater for the Derik Nelson Band concert... The band members were all super friendly and talented, the songs were flawless, the video presentation was awe-inspiring! I loved getting to help out... mostly because I got to watch a group of people do what they were really passionate about, and that was such an incredibly positive experience. <3 Also, because Derik's cover of Fix You made me cry. But yeah, it was fun to watch from up in the spotlight booth (best seat in the house, y'all!) and I'm really glad I decided to go :)
Oh, and I got to chat with Dalten Nelson about his video creation process, and I'm hoping to learn more about that!
