But honestly? I wouldn't really blame Diavolo if he did end up developing some jealousy or bad feelings regarding Mc "taking lucifer away"
I mean they have been together for centuries, even before canon mc was born i bet, and here we come waltzing in and in the span of a year basically winning his companions heart. I have the same fears sometimes, having a long standing relationship replaced or forgotten completely by someone new coming in and erasing it.
I doubt he thinks that bonds with lucifer will be erased, since they do have a deal that ensures his servitude, but I mean you can't ignore that its very clear there are some very special feelings the two hold for each other.
Like yall pretending you wouldn't feel the same if someone suddenly came in and started stealing lucifer's attention from YOU.
Like, don't drag this man's name through the mud, the guy has barely any real friends so he is clinging to the one man who is as close as he has probably ever had to one (or even more)
