Everyone please say hello to Ellie Brett. Ellie entered the JSCC this season at the age of 14 with a total of 14 hours experience behind the wheel of a car! With very little time on circuit with an instructor, due to some engine issues that meant she missed a lot of the testing sessions, she got out for both races at @rockingham_circuituk a few weekends ago and this weekend at @brandshatchofficial. Ellie's ability to be aware of her surroundings in a high pressure situation and her car control have been exemplary and the embodiment of what a young racing driver should be. Ellie's efforts were rewarded this weekend with the presentation of an award for driver of the meeting for Rockingham weekend, a very well deserved trophy and the first of many! We are proud to be part of the team helping Ellie along her journey into racing and along with her team mate @tj_rodriguez_racing_ we look forward to propelling @bbvr_motorsport towards a successful and prosperous future. Made it to @brandshatchofficial late last night and got all set up ready for @george_smith64 to arrive. Had a nice brew in one of our awesome mugs to celebrate then got George ready to head out where he did an amazing job. Rough lap times are looking very promising so far so a couple of small adjustments and we'll be ready for session 2 later on today. We are here all weekend so feel free to come over for a brew or to talk shop if you're looking at coming into the championship next year... It will be great to see as many of you there as possible to support the final of the @jsccofficial this weekend. The finale looks set to be as close as it gets with just a 35 points separating the top four drivers and a smaller gap separating 5th place to 12th place!! So with two groups of driver looking to affect massive change on their finishing positions for the season, it really does look like we should have some great racing in store. Again, we will be supporting @george_smith64 as he heads to his home circuit. We are looking forward to getting George to break into the top ten as he currently sits in 11th place overall. Well, this was an awesome suprise! Sam from @rmwdecals has started making clothing with special vinyl he can cut on his plotter. He made a little booboo with the Sonic logo but we think they look amazing still. LOVE the way the car looks with the full size logos on it! @es_walters took a few snaps this weekend at the latest round of the @longtondmc sprint series. I had a few issues with grip and missing third gear spoiling a potential best timed run. Still we managed to wipe 5 seconds off our stating time so progress was made and for the first time running a 2 lap layout we did okay I guess. We will be at Donnington for the next round of the series with the JSCC so need to gain valuable points at the next meeting at Blyton park on the 30th September. If all goes well, we will add some lightness to the car and refine the setup slightly. We may even try to get the car to Donnington to get some testing and seat time with a few of the juniors...
