Ok, so me, Carly and a few friends went out to eat dinner at Carrabbas. And there were these girls sitting kind of behind us and to the side. They were being extremely loud and obnoxious. And then they were super rude to the waiter.
Then Carly said something sarcastic about being rude to waiters, making sure they heard her of course. And one of the girls came over and said something like "Oh you think you're so much better than us?" And Carly said "Well I don't know if I'm 'better' than you, but I'm a lot less annoying and rude, thank god...which now that I think about it, it's pretty much the same thing. So yes, I guess I am better than you. Now go sit down. You're making an ass out of yourself." And the girl just kind of scoffed and walked away.
I don't get it. Whenever I try to shut someone down, they always try to have the last word. ALWAYS. Teach me your ways, Carly. Teach me!
