anyway, here we go—

I dye my hair regularly. It’s supposed to be red, but it usually comes out sort of ginger-y.

I’m supersupersuper excited for Halloween. I love pretty much everything about it and I tend to overdo it all -- something I plan to do this year as well. Heh.

I used to have such a crush on Xena from Xena: Warrior Princess.

I hate being tired/having to wake up early, but my favorite hour of the day is still the early morning hours, just before the sun rises.

I love Monica Reyes and John Doggett. Not as much as I adore Mulder and Scully, but seriously — the hate they get is ridiculous. Same goes for Fowley.

Buffy raised her hand, stake in a steady grip. Too steady, almost -- her nails were ripping up small flakes of polished wood and her hand had been grated; small, angry, red lines were covering her skin, her wrist. 

The vampire in front of her was big -- bigger than the usual ones, anyway. She wore a taunting smirk, her hair whipping in the wind, and wow-- were vampires really supposed to answer her puns?

She must have missed the memo.

She gritted her teeth and headed in for a punch with her free hand; it hit the girl's left side. A small feeling of pride crept upon her; arrogant, satisfied. Take that. 

She ducked a matching punch, just barely missing the hit; the girl's knuckles came as close as gracing her skin. She raised her foot, aiming for a right kick, when the vampire froze.

Yeah.

Froze.

"Aw, come on," Buffy said, tongue rolling around the sentence, teasing. "You're not getting scared now, are ya? Because that would be--" 

Her gaze slipped; going over the vampire's head, instead. She stood still, stake left hanging in the air, not realizing her own stream of words had stopped.

A blue box. 

A police box. 

She frowned; small wrinkles appearing between her eyebrows. That certainly hadn't been there a few seconds ago -- and even if it had, what kind of use did an old box have in a cemetery? 

The vampire ran, and in turn, answering her question.

A bad use.
