               heedless indifference, blithe free & undisguised, gray’s disinterest grew more & more apparent with each passing minute in the secluded magnolia bar. though he’d normally be spending time of idle leisure in the company of beloved comrades back in their infamous guild hall, gray, yearning for a wee bit of change, dared to see where the wind would take him. a hit & a miss, expectancy dwindling, the mage had quickly grown bored, & wound up itching to partake in the usual calamity he just knew would be going on well into the night back at the fairies domain. unbecoming as it was, gray’s legs spread wide & he reached for his beer, attempting to guzzle it down before heading out.

                  ❛  guess i’m more of a sucker for routine than i thought.  ❜ he mumbled to himself amid the unmissable sounds of glasses clinking & coquettish laughter of strangers.
