“So you’re my... ‘attorney’, right?”
The room was barely large enough for a metal table, which Cloud had been chained to (four times), the ‘attorney’, and four guards with guns. They really didn’t like Cloud, after everything he’d done, so they weren’t taking any chances. At least, not as far as they knew.
None of this would slow him down by much, but at least he was here, and cooperating. He could’ve kept fighting, but it seemed like the blue-uniformed people weren’t going to give up any easier than he was, so he’d finally just played along. They sure as hell weren’t happy about it, though. And those weird little spark-guns hurt quite a bit.
Once he’d finally given up, they’d shoved him into some car with bars on it and taken him here, threatening him with more spark guns the whole time. As for Fenrir, he had no idea what had happened to it. Same for his swords.
Whatever the case, they’d eventually taken him out of the car and into a building, then shoved him into this tiny room and told him to talk to his attorney.
“What’s your job, exactly?”
