So I had a whole lot of footage that I didn't know what to do with so I decided that I'd turn it into a scrapbook of sorts but through video.
I set a goal after new years to make something with all the footage sitting idle at the back of my computer and old storage devices what would otherwise be forgotten about. Just like in the past people used to make scrapbooks as a way to record their memories, I figured I'd tell my story of the past ten years through a series of one second clips. Enjoy.

Will Ferrell is very good. He sinks into the role well, using a light version of the usual routine as a facade to his struggles to give up drinking. The movie as a whole is sweet and cute but never climbs past that to give a stronger message. It’s a digestible message about how the fight for sobriety is one step at a time, but it’s too digestible for us.
