it’s true like i LOVE darryl i really do. but his whole speech being like SomEtImes I FeeL LiKe You JuSt DonT LiKE mE, like what the fuck????? that may be applicable for s1!rebecca, but not s4!rebecca, he had NO right to be upset in this situation. if one of my friends would tell the waitress “hey this one over here wants to die ,,,bummer huh? :/” i would be SO mad, like shut the fuck up @ darryl
fleabag is fantaaaastic, it was originally a one-woman show and that theatrical aspect of it really shines through with the way she addresses the camera/audience etc., it's such a good performance from phoebe. season one is more about fleabag (the main character's literally just credited as fleabag) going through the process of grief (and becoming fixated with sex), and then season two is a love story w the priest, I deeeefinitely recommend it, it's so fucking funny but also so real and touching
mmm i just started the pilot we’ll see how i feel about it in a few hours!

I'm so sorry for your loss :\ I've been in that sort of position before, I opted out to do a video/slideshow. It was more comfortable for me that way, and I was still able to express love even if it wasn't verbally. Of course there's no pressure to do anything at all. Once again, I'm so sorry.

I’m so sorry for your loss Georgie, and it is completely up to you. I’m here to chat whenever you want to. Sending you all my loving ❤️❤️

I really didn't wanna speak at my nanna's funeral so I just got up and sang a short a capella song and it went well tbh and was weirdly easier but idk if that helps
thank you so much to all of you for your messages ❤️❤️ i talked to my mum and its been decided that the celebrant is going to speak of behalf of everyone but me and the other grandchildren are going to go up and light a candle at the beginning of the service which i am 100% happy to do because there’s a high chance i’d be too much of a mess to do much more than that. but thank you to all of you for reaching out and sending your love and support!
grape, pomegranate, kiwi
grape: if you could take a vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Not to be super boring, but for me it’s mainly about the company rather than the destination. Though I’ve always wanted to go to France, that’d be for travel, not vacation. I wouldn’t mind going back to the Gili Islands for vacation :)
pomegranate: when do you feel the most confident?
Probably when I feel righteous anger. Which happens quite a bit. Maybe it’s not exactly confidence, but usually I’d avoid confrontation at all costs, but if it’s to do something I believe is right I become confident in that.
kiwi: what’s something that fascinates you?
The way that stories shape us and the way we in turn construct stories. I’m fascinated by the circular movement of life imitating art and art imitating life. I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately, about the role stories play in humanity and society.
secret admirer, rose petals, smile n___n
secret admirer: do you usually admire someone from afar or ask them on a date upfront?
While I have worked up the courage to ask people out a couple times, I definitely more admire people from afar. In uni whenever there was a cute girl in one of my classes, I’d make sure I looked extra cute that day (outfit flirting), coz I’m an absolute dweeb.
rose petals: what is your favourite thing to do with your partner?
I like having at-home date nights. You get takeout, play games/watch a movie, get drunk, show each other music. An ex boyfriend and I used to record songs together, he’d play guitar and I’d sing. Just hanging out really, but in allocated time so that it’s quality.
smile: do you prefer soft kisses or making out?
This is, surprisingly, where my answer differs depending on gender. I tend to get really really shy with girls so I prefer soft kisses, also coz I worry about being too rough or not good. And with guys I prefer making out. With other genders I’m not sure, it’d depend on the individual… Probably making out though.
when u get this u have to answer with 5 things u like about yourself, publicly. then, send this ask to 10 of your favorite followers (non-negotiable, positivity is cool) ✨💛✨ xoxoxoxoxoxo ur welcome milka
hoo boy! ok here goes
i like how i can get back up when i fall down. not like literally lmao i’m rubbish at that (🙄) but yeah, i am prone to sadness, melancholy, bad thoughts, awful feelings of doubt and apprehension, i get anxious, i get lonely i get mentally tired and somehow i keep going. people refer to this as ‘mood swings’ but idk i like that it does swing, you know? for whatever it’s worth.
if we’re talking like face features, then eyes, lips and freckles have always been and still are my fave. oh and hair! but only when it’s a good hair day.
i like my wit and sense of humour (i accidentally wrote ‘sense of hummus’) and how many times a day i make people laugh. it’s just... being the one that puts a smile or a big ol’ goofy grin on someone’s face feels really good.
i like my singing voice (though i should really do more to make sure it doesn’t get rusty so easily)
annnnd i like that people tend to feel a sort of tenderness towards me - even though i am not always Good or Nice or Kind. i know i shouldn’t talk about the negatives here but like... how can you talk about the positives without the negatives, it kinda doesn’t work. anyway yeah i love when i see that look in the eyes of some of the people from my surroundings. makes me feel like i’m... well, okay. idk why this means so much to me but there you have it.

7: A song to drive to
Alright, I Get It! - FreyaIn my head, this song already looks like driving out of town at the golden hour and trees dappling the sunlight. So it’s perfect for driving, feels like getting away.
19: A song that makes you think about life
Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da - The Beatles
It should be a well known fact by now that I want this song played at my funeral if I ever die. I guess it makes me think more about other people’s lives.
28: A song by an artist with a voice that you love
Grace Gold - Meg Mac
Girl has the best voice, without needing to show off in her high range too much. In fact her lower notes are my favourite, deep and smooth. Dayumn.
