4 May 2017: Did a cooking class together. They had blue aprons for guys but I had to make @dantanzy put on the life-changing pink apron... even if it was just for a photo 🤣#dancancook

Thai Garbage Plate attempt #1: 2 chicken and 2 beef satays, One piece fried shrimp spring roll on the outer plate. Bed of rice topped with panang (coconut red curry sauce) with fried garlic. All white meat chicken with chili garlic sauce dolloped and green onions. Carrots on top as well with Basil leaves and steamed Broccoli as accompaniments. First time cooking lamb... Braised lamb cooked in chicken broth with fresh herbs and lemon vest with stewed fall squash, carrots and onions. Delicious! Culinary school should be my fall back plan if this social work thing doesn't work out. #chefdani #dancancook
