Fake Movie Meme- This is Not the End
In an apocalyptic, zombie riddled world, it's hard to remember that the infected were people once.The movies got it wrong. It doesn't take mere seconds for the virus to transform its host into a cannibalistic killer...It takes weeks. In the meantime, the infected slowly begin showing signs. They start to forget their former lives and develop an insatiable appetite for flesh. It's only a matter of time before they can't fight it anymore and it takes over.
In a small New Mexico town, there are two groups trying to make it through the perilous world they now inhabit. There's the survivors and the infected. They live on opposite sides of the town and avoid each other at all costs because neither group would hesitate to save their own skin.
SURVIVORS
Thomas Brodie-Sangster as Brandon. A young genius who is determined to find a cure so he can see his best friend Patrick again before the virus takes him over completely.
Tracie Thoms as Jean. The muscle of he group. People whisper that she enjoys all the killing but she's human like the rest of the survivors. She doesn't enjoy what she does..but until she can fully train everyone else in the group, she's the only one qualified
Michael B. Jordan as Bruce. Bruce only has one thing on his agenda...and that is protecting his sister.She is the only thing he has left and he will do literally anything to keep her from the harsh world outside..even if that means smothering her.
Amandla Stenberg as Poppy. Younger sister to Bruce and a spitfire.All she wants is independence and no one in the group seems willing to give it. It's like she is a pet with no freedom.
Jamie Bell as Timothy. A former and current nobody. He is the one who goes running out for supplies. It's almost like no one cares whether he lives or dies.That was until he met Georgia. An infected girl with a big personality and is genuinely interested in hearing about his life.
INFECTED
Hayden Panettiere as Georgia. Formally a cheerleader named Patricia, she is unwilling to accept her fate and struggles to pretend she's still human. The gaping bite mark on her leg says otherwise. While out getting supplies, she ran into a survivor named Timothy and they hit it off. She likes to follow him home sometimes but is in danger of being spotted every time.
Tatiana Maslany as Patient 36. She can't remember who she was before the remaining government infected her and threw her in with the rest of the doomed as a way to study how the infected interact.
Robert Sheehan as Hollywood. Formally, Alonzo. The clown of the group, he seems to be the most optimistic about their situation. He's always cracking jokes and trying to make everyone smile but it reality....he's more miserable than all of them put together. He was headed for greatness before the end of the world. He had a life...even if he is starting to forget it.
Dane Dehaan as Kentucky. Formally Patrick. He is the most advanced in terms of how far along the infection is. Soon, he will just be a shell of who he once was. He remembers almost nothing about his former life and doesn't even care. There isn't anything he can do about it and he's fully accepted what's to become of him.
