Lyra rope burns and trapeze bruises from this week👌 There's more bruises, this is the most condensed area 😂

The rope burns on my shin is from wearing 3/4 length leggings to class and doing a move on the rope and the ankle is from not wearing socks and doing a rope move as well haha. Lesson learnt, cover up!!
