This morning I had the pleasure of previewing @denverartmuseum's new exhibition titled Rhythm & Roots - Highlighting Dance in American Art. The gallery spans all sorts of mediums from paintings to video production. It also features the Dancelab - an interactive art piece that is made from your own movements. It's amazing to see the evolution of dance through the scope of American History, and I highly recommend that you check out the museum in its current state. Lastly, it reminded me to move my body more- Maybe just A little jig in the car to my favorite Drake song, or a lover by the hip and slow dancing the evening away.
