My entry for the #dancefromyourheart challenge! To me, dance is the purest expression of emotion, the mode of communication I turn to when words fail me. When given the chance to dance alone, unstructured and without limitations, it feels as though I've been stripped completely bare, and all that is left is whatever I'm feeling at that moment, be it joy or fear or love. When I #dancefromtheheart , I am completely vulnerable, and that is something I try to convey onstage and in the studio as well.
