First day of #physicaltherapy was yesterday. I wanted to cry. I hate this. But I'm doing the things I need to do. I'm grateful to have my own space to recover and relax in. I did it!!!! Survived this first surgery. In a ton of pain and feeling kinda blah. This knee brace weighs more than my leg honestly 😂😂😂 Thank you all so much for your help over the past 8 months. This is just the beginning of a long, long road to recovery. I will be in physical therapy 5 days a week and also getting a CPM machine delivered that bends and extends my leg. Woof. It's rough times. And I just moved to the fourth floor so PLEASE COME VISIT!!!
