I almost want to make Nana and Dante one of those sickly sweet couples with so many nicknames for each other
But also he calls her "mama" out of habit because they have kids. Parents get into that habit of calling the other their parental title for the kid, and he is definitely the type to forget to switch out of that. Like it's late, Niko is finally asleep, and he comes up and hugs her from behind and asks some shit like "how you feeling mama?" to check in cuz toddlers are super super stressful tbh - and she just snorts at him
