The higher the elevation the more sought after the tea. There are over 25 recognized "varieties" of this famous tea, all delicious, and some extremely rare. Perhaps the rarest is called "Wood Kissed by Thunder" produced from a single tree which was struck by lightning many years ago and managed to survive, minus part of the tea tree which was burned.
