This is Dancing Rabbit ecovillage

About 80 residents live here. It's an "intentional community" in Missouri. A lot of the buildings were built by amateurs and you can tell. There's a community center and a cafe and a bike repair shop and an Airbnb and supply shed they have the audacity to call a "grocery store" and a lake and a treehouse. And most of the "yard" space on the land is taken up by kitchen gardens.

They call places like this eco-villages and intentional communities because it's a gathering of people with intent to live a different way from mainstream society. Check out Dancing Rabbit's "Ecological covenant"
