I never wanted to let go...

The way he was holding me as if he was never going to see me again made me want to stay in his arms forever. The way he was trying to rest his head on the crook of my neck but couldn’t because he’s too tall made me grab onto him a little tighter. I never wanted to let go and neither did he, It was like we were the only ones in the room and that was okay with me. Dancing with him made my feet hurt but if holding him the way I was last night meant having blisters on my feet then so be it.

We were the envied at the party. Couples kept shooting us looks but we were too lost in each others presence to even notice. Many wanted to break us apart but we always gravitated back to each other each time. There were girls who came up to me and commented about me and him and how jealous they were but all I could do is blush.

I never wanted to it to end.....I never wanted to let go...
