Hello lovelies no #80dayobssession today. As you know I don’t like the Cardio days from this program.. I had a #dancingday today and then I did some ab exercises. I will push harder tomorrow as I believe it is #Bootyday. I tried doing some of the ab exercises from Cardio Core but my shoulder wasn’t feeling it too much. I went to the chiropractor on Tuesday and I think I’m still a bit tender from it. It feels looser but at the same time I felt the soreness radiate out from my shoulder. I’m just going to do my best and I can’t wait until my next chiropractor visit. In the meantime I’m going to do my best to stretch and keep doing ROM exercises :3.
