Hello Lovelies it's Day 62 of #80DO and another #Bootyday I'll be perfectly honest I wasn't really feeling up to do anything much less train today lol. I was a gremlin and I had a bit of crunchy Cheetos and then when I did train later in the day it didn't feel so great lol. But I'm glad I managed through it nonetheless. I'm still not great at anything jumping because jumping with weights is hard and I'm still low-key scared of jumping and then landing wrong on my ankles >.<. Bright side is I went up in weights on mostly everything so WOOO!! :D.And I think I'm getting the hang of #howyoulikethatblackpink more the part where they count to four in Korean I'm having trouble remembering where to shift my weight still for more power but I'm getting there :D. On the calendar tomorrow is supposed to be rest and self care but I'd like to see where I'm at and maybe I'll do AAA before work :).
